Ah - Timeouts

When I got home today, Chuck and M were already home and I was greeted by the unmistakeable sound of wailing M.

Apparently C had gone into the computer room to check on M and he was busily getting into things that were NOT his computer or even his at all.

I had a feeling he was getting into stuff but this is the first time we've caught him at it.

Instant timeout and locking the computer.

He's Discovered the Computer

Well, the Morganator has definitely discovered the computer. Chuck put together a system for him from the better parts of our older systems (gotta love the trickle-down) and we got it all set up on his own desk.

The boy is in love! We have him playing on Noggin.com a fair amount where he can see the characters from some of his favorite cartoons and draw, play "educational" puzzles, etc. He doesn't read yet so he's not really up for the more advanced things that require reading so this is a great compromise for him.

It's surprising how quickly he caught on and how he just took to it. He must get his geekiness from Chuck :-)

Today he's very testy because I refused to race upstairs and log in his computer so he can play on it. Well, tough, everyone else is downstairs and he gets to stay with us. It's not like he doesn't have a ton of things to do, mind you.

Another geek in the making...

New Blog for Morgan

After some thinking, I decided it would be much easier to have a blog to chronicle the Morganator's mischief and mayhem than having to resort to individual emails. We'll see if that's true :-) So - now in setup mode.
